What We Can Fix

Your supplier discontinued it. Your OEM wants a 500-piece minimum. Your machine is down. We make the part.

Send us the worn part, a photograph, or whatever you have. We measure it, draw it, make it, inspect it, and ship it — with documentation your team can file. No minimum order. 24-hour quote turnaround.

No Drawing? No Problem.

Most of our orders arrive with no drawing. A worn part, a photo, sometimes just a description. That's enough.

We take worn components, measure them with calibrated instruments and 3D scanning, reconstruct the engineering drawing, and manufacture to the original nominal specification — not the worn dimension.

01

We measure your part

Using calibrated instruments and 3D scanning — we work from the actual component, not a spec sheet.

02

We produce the drawing

You get a full 2D drawing to review and approve before anything is made.

03

We make it and prove it

Manufactured to the approved drawing, inspected against it, shipped with a dimensional report and material certificate.

If you need to confirm fit before committing to a full run, the next section covers that.

Not Sure It'll Fit?

Before we cut metal for a full run, we can prove the part fits.

If the original drawing no longer exists, or the part sits in a tight assembly, or you simply can't afford a misfit — we produce a sample first. Check it against your machine. Approve it. Then we run the order.

01

Check the shape first

A 3D printed replica from the approved drawing. Put it against your machine and confirm fit and clearances before a single piece of metal is cut.

02

Test it under load

For parts that carry load or run in tight assemblies, we machine one sample first. Run it. If it passes, we proceed.

03

Approved — straight into production

Once you sign off the sample, your drawing is locked in our parts library. Production starts immediately — no re-engineering, no waiting.

Optional on every order. We recommend it for cast parts, complex assemblies, and anything where a misfit would mean downtime.

Not sure whether your part is in scope? Here is what we make.

Dimensional Inspection Report

Every measured feature recorded against the approved drawing, signed by our inspection team.

Material Certificate

Mill-certified confirmation of the exact material grade used in your part.

Process Record

A full log of every operation performed: heat treatment, surface finish, machining sequence.

The first part off the machine is fully inspected before the rest are made.
