Five steps from broken part to certified replacement.
Our process is fast, transparent, and engineered to get your equipment back in operation.
- 01
Send the part
Send us your worn component, a photograph, or a rough sketch. Tell us what machine it came from and what it does. WhatsApp and email both work.
- 02
We dimension it
Our engineers measure every feature using calibrated instruments and 3D scanning. We reconstruct the original nominal dimensions — not the worn state. Quote within 24 hours for standard parts.
- 03
Approve the drawing
We send you a full engineering drawing for approval before production begins. You sign off on what we're making. This drawing is yours to keep.
- 03bOptional
Prototype (optional)
Before production begins, we can produce a rapid physical prototype from the approved drawing — 3D printed for fit and form, or machined for functional validation. Catch problems at prototype cost, not production cost. Delivered in 1–3 working days. You approve the prototype before we proceed.
- 04
We manufacture
The approved drawing goes into production. CNC turning, milling, casting, heat treatment, surface finishing — we coordinate every stage and hold accountability for the result.
- 05
Shipped with certs
Your part arrives with a dimensional inspection report, material certificate, and process record. Not just a part — proof that it's right.
Quote within 24 hours. Same-day response on all enquiries. WhatsApp welcome.

Every part we make goes into our library.
Every reverse-engineered drawing is stored with a unique reference number. When you — or any customer — needs the same part again, we can quote immediately and produce without delay. Our library compounds in value with every order.
